We had 3 children in a queen suite and everyone had plenty of room and each had a place to sleep.Location near the highway is great for travelers and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Good location and easy to find. Mid day snacks. Free wifi.

We booked this room on Booked.net. We reserved a 'King Suite' which, according to the photos had a jacuzzi tub. Upon arrival we found out our room did not have a jacuzzi but they offered to 'upgrade' for an additional $20! Staff refused to honor their mistake in advertising! Also a hot water tank was down in the hotel, so very limited hot water was available. Staff asked us to conserve hot water so they could do laundry. Also juice machine at breakfast was out of order, 2 out of 3 coffee pots were empty and not attended to, and eggs served tasted of powder and had been sitting out for hours. Staff was courteous, but only to a limit. Refusal to make things right due to many issues will have us c hosing another hotel next time!

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was a real standout with plenty of choices, including freshly cut fruit served by a kind staff member. The room was spacious and clean, a comfortable retreat. I'd definitely come back again, though the bathroom faucet was broken.

We enjoyed staying in this fairly clean hotel. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly, they made our trip! The bed was good and the room was reasonably large, beautifully decorated. A lot of meals for breakfast, it was warm and delicious. Our venue was in a peaceful and nice location in the middle of jackson.

The bathroom felt cramped, with a crooked toilet that ran throughout the night. The bathtub surface was excessively slippery, so I found myself grasping the grab bar just to stay upright. The shower curtain barely covered the tub. Breakfast didn't impress. It lacked variety and flavor, with the mystery eggs standing out as a low point. Rooms facing the highway suffered from noticeable noise that could disrupt a peaceful night's sleep. I struggled to connect my Roku to the TV, and most channels were dedicated to infomercials, disappointing.
